Build good governance should start from the selection of the state apparatus that qualified and competent in their field to be involved in the government itself. Good governance can be built by a clean government with a state apparatus that is free from corruption and abuse of authority.
Good government management should be supported by a law enforcement authoritative. Law enforcement is very useful to maintain national stability because a law must be firm and binding. Good governance must be balanced with the government's commitment to enforce the law indiscriminately.
In ensuring good governance, the government must also respond to the problems of society in general. Government must fulfill community needs, not to wait the community aspirations, but the government must be proactive in studying and analyzing what community needs.
